FIRST NATIONAL BANK - NEWTON PARK, PORT ELIZABETH
We were requested to carry out various repairs to the FNB Head Office in Cape Road, Newton Park.
This entailed a complete exterior redec to the building, washing of all the Hulabond cladding, waterproofing & spalling repairs
The entire project was carried out by our fully trained Rope Access Technicians.
Plascon and Derbigum were on site to monitor the painting and waterproofing procedures.
PREMIER MILLING - FORT JACKSON, EAST LONDON
We were awarded the project to attend to improvements at Premier Milling in Fort Jackson, East London.
The scope of work included waterproofing 6 Grain Silo tops & attend to painting the main tower with Sika products.
We concreted protective coatings to the main tower, heat fused waterproofed the flat roof of the tower block,
as well as attended to spalling repairs on the main tower.
ECHO EDGE, PARK DRIVE, PORT ELIZABETH
Echo Edge is an extremely large residential apartment building in Port Elizabeth.
This is one of the most prestigious apartment buildings in the city, we were requested to carry out
a full exterior redec of the scheme in strict accordance with the suppliers specifications & recommendations.
The project was closely monitored by 3rd party Dulux paint specialists for quality guarantee purposes.
LELANE FLATS, HUMEWOOD, PORT ELIZABETH
We carried out a complete exterior redec to the building according the client specifications.
Our scope of work included spalling repairs, waterproofing of all horizontal surfaces, sealing of all windows,
preparation of surfaces, priming and final top coat applications.
Sika & Braemar paints were on site to monitor and provide quality assurance on site.
